Carolyn Sawyer, president and CEO of TSC, will be presenting a training on working with the Media at the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Annual Conference in Baltimore May 12 -15. Carolyn will be discussing the do's and don'ts when it comes to speaking with the media. The training will help the participants understand how body language and tone can affect an interview - even through the phone!
